Putting on an acrylic wig

Today Lottie show us how to put an acrylic wig on partner head. So first we started make a base for wig.So depends on your hair length  you can made two different base. I divided hair onto two vertical section. On the first part I did French braid, on the second I pick up small square pieces of hair , and rolled them on my two fingers and pined them to the scalp, remember don't do it too close to forehead, always live two fingers space from face.

  

Like you can see on photos, you can just do it French braids or rolled the hair, for me easy to do it French braid especially if your customer have a long hair. Definitely I must practise hoe to roll the hair on two fingers. Them with customer help, you need to put on the thigh cap, like on pictures below

Next part its very important, so use pin tail comb and any protruding hair slipped under the cap. Using a pins secure the caps with few pins. Next again with customer help, insert wig, check that you put correctly, not to close to face so you can see protruding cap. Wig secure with pins, and styel what ever you want it.

 

 

Another way to make a good base for wig- rolled rest of the hair to the middle of hair and pined them. We fit few wigs, Mihaela looks so natural with some of them, we had really good fan.
